Perverts or fools?

After the stage of discovery, training and practice the art of shibari, as befits any artist, the need to share this beauty with the world woke up in me.
This photo shoot refers to the creative period, when I bowed the human body in ropes full of passion and trepidation. Unusual shapes and silhouettes, which took the figure more and more in love with me in the art of shibari. At the same time, the emotions of the model filled the composition with meaning.
I also wanted to break the ossified perception of some people who believe that shibari is pain and only perverts deal with it. After all, pain ceases to be pain when you enjoy it. The very meaning of the word breaks and loses its terrible power. Although the experiences in the body remain the same, they are qualitatively different in the root of perception. Which enriches the sensual world of the shibari model.
How was I going to do this? Breaking a person’s limiting perception of pain. Capture the model’s faces on the camera. Show how she feels, how she enjoys this process. It is impossible to play emotions in the suspension, for which I especially love this art.
Shibari is not for everyone
Yes, I agree that shibari is an unusual and quite sophisticated way to relax and have fun. Moreover, this is not for everyone.
But people should not be the same, in the same way, they should not judge what they do not understand. What difference does it make a person enjoy if he does no harm to anyone?
Who has the right to decide what is normal and what is not? And on what basis?
Maybe eagerly striving for marmalade-sugary pleasures and avoiding pain and suffering – this is a deviation from the norm? After all, it is an integral part of our life that cannot be ignored. To which only fools close their eyes. After all, such an escape makes people more vulnerable and more sensitive to the subject of escape. And this is part of life that must be accepted with dignity. Just accept and accept that it is. And who knows, maybe at that very moment when you stop running away from her – she will cease to be for you that terrible monster who wanders in the corners of the subconscious and waits for a moment to frighten to hiccups
Perhaps when you realize that it is yourself. That this monster is your strength and protector, it will become your friend and teacher. It will turn fear into joy, pain into pleasure and thereby make you invulnerable.
